Have you ever been fearful of the word no? Prefer a noncommittal reply to keep options open, afraid to offend? Indeed, within our oppressive, white supremacist systems, no might not even be an option for one’s safety.

If no isn't an option, yes has no meaning.

Honouring one’s sacred no starts with not betraying oneself. You know what I mean. We’ve been there. I’m still there sometimes. The compromise. The rationalising.

In which areas of your life do you betray yourself? Which areas of your life is ready to be liberated right now? That’s where freedom is.

2025 is an invitation to shed some serious skin—of habitual patterns that keep us trapped in circles. Time to break the samsaric cycle / ouroboros loop and spiral up to the next level.
