乙巳: The Power of No.

My biggest takeaway of 2024: the power of NO.

Have you ever been fearful of the word no? Prefer a noncommittal reply to keep options open, afraid to offend? Indeed, within our oppressive, white supremacist systems, no might not even be an option for one’s safety.

If no isn't an option, yes has no meaning.

Honouring one’s sacred boundaries starts with not betraying oneself. You know what I mean. We’ve been there. I’m still there sometimes. The compromise. The rationalising. Taking on what’s not ours and shouldering that responsibilities for years and years.

All that unnecessary— let go!

In which areas of your life do you betray yourself? Which areas of your life is ready to be liberated right now? That’s where freedom is.

2025, year of the Yin Wood Snake—乙巳 (Yi Si) is an invitation to shed some serious skin—of habitual patterns that keep us trapped in circles. Time to break the samsaric cycle / ouroboros loop and spiral up to the next level.

Imagine pruning a dynamic forest, wildly alive, the forest of mind and spirit. What needs to grow? What needs to be cut? Which parts need time to rest, to heal?

At the heart of the forest, what are you clearing space for?

If you’re not born in the year of Snake, is the Snake present in your Bazi chart?

Look out for the 巳 symbol. A transformation is taking place in that area of your life. Book a reading to learn more.
